Mother Tree Extended network

Expanded Network

Extended Network Providers support Mother Tree clients and are compensated in 3 ways:

1) Insurance: If we refer a client both because the mental health practitioner is the best fit and the mental health practitioner accepts the client’s insurance, case managers can do a complete hand-off meaning no money runs through TGM. The original paperwork is kept in TGM files and a copy will be given to the extended network provider.

2) Slding-Scale: If a client is referred to the extended network for therapy, coaching, psychiatry, massage, or other therapy, healing, education modalities, the process will be the same as those clients referred to Core Practitioners. These practitioners will need to be entered into and trained in our billing system. Sliding-scaleunder the same sliding-scale structure as our core practitioners as determined by case managers/household income agreement or 2) offer reduced fee services on a case-by-case basis as negotiated or navigated through case manager and the provider. For extended network providers working under the sliding-scale structure, case managers will ensure that the necessary paperwork transfers and that the extended network practitioner has access to the payment portal. Case managers or point of contact providers referring to extended network offering reduced fee services will, as seamlessly as possible, support the transition of the client to the service provider ensuring the client has clarity of the fee, payment, and service.

Questions: When an extended network is working within the sliding-scale structure, do we then enter them into the database/train them on billing/getting paid? Who is responsible for doing this (consistency will be important)?

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools that support growth and healing.

I believe you hold the greatest insight needed for change— my role is to help you access it in a safe, supportive environment. Trust and collaboration are at the heart of the work we’ll do together.

I live and work in private practice in Wimberley, TX. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends, exploring the outdoors, and practicing yoga & meditation.

"I don't want to do these unhealthy things, but I just feel like I can't stop." Sound like something you have thought or said lately? If we don't process why we are doing the behaviors that cause us pain, we will just keep doing it. If we don't trace back where our abusive internal dialogue came from, we continue those thoughts. Are you tired? I can help.

I am currently not accepting new individual clients, however I am offering a small group experience with a new round beginning soon. Email me for more information.

I have a well rounded lived experience, and can offer perspective and understanding. I was not always a counselor. I have a prior career (initial bachelor's and master's) in studio arts. I like to help others process and learn by using their own creativity, or expressive art and projects. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I can also offer EMDR work.

I am here to care, listen, and truly see you. My approach is rooted in meeting people where they are, understanding their unique circumstances, and working together to explore healing and growth.

As a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I have been practicing since 2012 with a background in LGBTQ-inclusive primary care and a special focus on hormone therapy. Over the years, I’ve seen a growing need for mental health services, which led me to pursue additional training in psychiatry. I am passionate about providing innovative, integrative, and effective therapeutic options, including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, which I studied at the Polaris Insight Center.

I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients aged 18 and older. My practice focuses on mood disorders, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and PTSD. I take pride in being a supportive ally and a compassionate provider for all of my clients.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Memphis, a Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana State University, and a Post-Master’s Certificate - Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin.
