Seána is an Artist, Reiki practitioner, and Herbalist that specializes in nervous system regulation, mental and spiritual health. For the last 5 years, Seána has worked with a local business that provides herbal tinctures to medical practitioners throughout the country. With a desire to help oneself and others, Seána has gained insight throughout the 11+ years of clinical therapy and natural alternative healings they’ve had the privilege of receiving. Now, it’s their mission to give back to the community. Being of service is when Seána feels most fulfilled! Creating art, dancing, connecting with nature, and learning is their favorite way to live life well. They’re an active member of the health justice organization “Herbalists without Boarders”, a facilitator and community member of an Austin-based Buddhist meditation group, and gratefully a board member of The Greater Mercy Foundation.
